The idea in this project was to create a hybrid analogue-digital video synthesizer. The project is based on the CHA/V project from Jonas Bers, and aimed at improving it by using an Arduino microcontroller. The project was shown as final project for the course "Hardware and Physical Computing" which I have followed for my Media Technology M.Sc.

Two different versions of the synthesizers have been made. One is more basic, while the other one is more advanced since it expect the use of multiple analogue components. The synthesizer shows quite interesting possibilities, however it remains pretty limited in what it can do. 

The following videos show just a few examples of video effects, but different colors and "shapes" could be generated.
